A quiet beep. The light on the console pulses more brightly, each burst longer than the last. A low hum. More lights flick on one by one. Finally, a chatter of noise: there’s a message coming in. Time to wake the crew. SciFiMonth is coming! Will you join us?
So other than the read-alongs, the photo challenge and/or the blog tag, what else will we be up to during Wyrd and Wonder next month? Eating people who ask too many questions, that’s what. JUST KIDDING. Don’t feed the dragons, friends. They get over-excited.

This week, we’re talking read-alongs!
We’re counting down to our annual fantasy love-in: 28 adventurers are planning to celebrate the fantastic with us so far, but the more the merrier – everyone is welcome! So what have I got for you this week? Details of our sign-up giveaway, plus Wyrd and Wonder banners and buttons to download. Step this way…
Embers of War was one of my favourite reads of 2018. Now the Trouble Dog and her crew are back, and I’ve got a copy of Fleet of Knives to give away to celebrate – signed by author Gareth L Powell!
