#SciFiMonth Mission Log: week three

Wait, how did we get to week three already? Right, I’ve been stuck in another timeline moving boxes. I fear there’s a few more of them in my future, but before I find out it’s time to sit back with a cuppa and survey the signals from our SciFiMonth crew to see what they’ve been up to these past seven (or so) days…

Each week, Lisa and I publish our mission logs to bring you a full update of everything that’s been going on. This week, you can head on over to Dear Geek Place for a round-up of the crew’s lists, recommendations and challenge responses along with a read-along update, or keeping reading for the crew’s reviews and fun gubbins – and the latest SciFiMonth giveaways!

Fun & gubbins

Let’s start with a grab bag of tags, memes and other distractions, shall we? Lauren set the soundtrack for the week with the MegaMind soundtrack, while Maddalena provided visual treats with cover art inspired by the Put humanity in perspective challenge prompt. Lala caught us up on recent, current and upcoming reads (and now I want to read Moon Of The Crusted Snow). Tammy blasted off with The Intergalactic Book Tag, and Lauren closed out the week with a teaser of Just One Damned Thing After Another for Friday 56 / Book Beginnings.
