Of all the things that have driven me a bit mad in my life, pins and needles in my heels is right up there.

This appears to be one of the most random side effects of my medication. I've never had pins and needles in my heels before, and it doesn't appear to be connected to a particular postural quirk, so I've got to assume it's the topiramate. 'Tingling in the extremities' can happen, apparently, and does pass, apparently. Extremities, fine. But the heels of my feet?

Seriously?

That's just weird.
